Cannabis Zipper Pouch Packaging Machine

1. Product Feeding

-Bulk product is fed from the hopper of the Z elevator into the weighing system.

2. Precision Weighing

-The multi-head combination weigher rapidly calculates and dispenses the exact target weight (e.g.3g -50g).

3.Pouch Handling

-The pre-made pouches (stand-up, flat, or zipper-style) are loaded into a magazine. A gripper retrieve one pouch and position it at the filling station.

4.Pouch Opening

-Vacuum suction cups gently open the pouch mouth.An zipper open device is requested to ensure the track is fully separated before filling.

5. Filling

-The precisely weighed product is discharged from the weigher through a chute into the open pouch.

6. Heat Sealing

-The filled pouch moves to the sealing station, where heated jaws create a strong, leak-proof seal.

7. Discharge & Collection

-Finished packages are conveyed out of the machine for manual or automatic collection.
