How It Works: The Mini Doypack Packaging Process
Pouch Feeding & Positioning: The operator fills the pouch magazine, and the machine's grippers smoothly pick up and deliver the pouches to the bag-opening and filling position.
Precision Filling: Once positioned, the pouches reach the filling station. A 2-head linear weigher accurately dispenses the exact amount of granular product (such as coffee beans or nuts) into the pouch, ensuring consistent weight and minimizing waste.
Airtight Sealing: After filling, the pouches rise to the sealing jaws. High-temperature heating elements apply uniform pressure to create a strong, leak-proof seal, effectively locking in the product's freshness and extending its shelf life.
Cooling & Output: The freshly sealed pouches pause briefly for cooling before the finished packages are dropped onto the output conveyor.
Integrated with a 2-head linear weigher, this packaging system is suitable for weighing and packing all kinds of small, fine solid granules or free-flowing powders (dust-free), such as rice, seeds, sugar, salt, sesame, chicken essence, soybeans, mung beans, coffee beans, coffee powder, cat litter, and washing powder.
The mini doypack packaging machine supports multiple pre-made pouch styles, such as stand-up pouches, flat-bottom bags, spouted pouches, zipper-lock bags, and gusseted bags.
