1. Bag Feeding — Empty paper bags are placed on the bag magazine and fed automatically.

2. Bag Opening & Clamping — The bag mouth is opened and clamped in position.

3. Weighing & Filling — Product is weighed by an automatic multihead weigher and filled into the bag with high precision.

4. Bag Release & Conveying — The filled bag is released onto the belt conveyor and moved to the next station.

5. Bag Mouth Flattening — The bag mouth is flattened and aligned for folding.

6. Folding — The bag mouth is folded inward to form a neat edge.

7. Sewing & Stitching — An industrial sewing head stitches the folded mouth with a strong chain stitch and auto-cuts the thread.

8. Labeling (Optional) — A label is applied for product identification.

9. Discharge — The finished bag is conveyed out for collection or palletizing.
