How It Work:

Automatic Weighing and Dosing: The process begins with the material being fed into the hopper. High-precision load cells linear weigher accurately measure the product to the pre-set target weight, ensuring strict adherence to quantity specifications.

Bag Feeding and Opening: The machine automatically retrieves an empty bag from the magazine. A suction cup mechanism opens the bag mouth, preparing it for the filling stage.

Product Filling: The weighed product is discharged into the open bag. The system typically employs a gravity-fed chute to ensure a smooth flow with minimal dust and spillage.
